This 1937 Chester Carjola home, located in the village of Montecito, underwent a significant renovation a few years ago by a previous owner that honored its classic architecture and filled the home with beautiful finishes. In the past couple of years, we have been planning additional changes that will enhance the house and the 2+ acre mountain view site with a pool, whimsical cabana, charming home office, vintage looking garage, and extensive gardens. Our plans include the practical addition of needed closet space, minor floor plan changes, and more personalized design style updates.
