Montecito
This 1937 Chester Carjola home, located in the village of Montecito, underwent a significant renovation a few years ago by a previous owner that honored its classic architecture and filled the home with beautiful finishes.
Santa Barbara
Designed by noted local architect Robert Grant, as his personal residence, this mid-century modern architectural gem is located on a ridgetop in Santa Barbara.
Ojai
On a hilltop above a beautiful orchard sits this lovely, timeless farmhouse designed in 1914 by renowned architect Reginald Johnson. Meandering through 25 acres of orange trees, passing gorgeous 300-year-old oaks, you arrive at The Grove, an orange and flower farm.
Austin
Located on the water in Austin, Texas is this traditional shingle style lake house. It’s situated on four and a half acres with old oak trees and a long drive that opens to the view upon arrival.

This casually elegant California home is within walking distance of the beach and its owners wanted it to feel like summer fun. Easy practical upholstery begs you to recline and be comfortable.
Menlo
This classic Federal house surprises you with its pops of color, fresh ideas and charm. It is a family-friendly home on a tree-lined street in a small Northern California town.
Tiny Club
The goal was to remodel this unused, dark garage into a functional, fun space that the children and I could enjoy for years to come on weekends or after school.
Hoover Apartment
This small two-bedroom condo was my landing pad while I returned to college for a master’s degree at an out-of-town university. My goal was to make a comfortable environment for writing, studying, thesis meetings, and overnight stays.
